Smart gateway selection

Large enterprises usually provide multiple VPN gateways to support a large number of users. When a VPN gateway accesses a large number of users, there will often be insufficient system resources, delayed access response, and excessive users being forced to go offline, which affects the user experience. Mobile office users can use Uni VPN's gateway selection function to automatically select a gateway with the fastest response speed among multiple VPN gateways for access. Using the gateway selection function, users choose VPN gateways with a certain degree of randomness, and each user's access request will be loaded on different VPN gateways, effectively alleviating the problem of a single VPN gateway when facing a large number of users. Reliable link backup

In the SSL VPN access scenario, a VPN gateway may provide multiple IP addresses (one IP address corresponds to one link) for mobile office users to access. Uni VPN can automatically re-establish VPN tunnels with other IP addresses of the gateway when the current SSL VPN tunnel is interrupted abnormally. After the new VPN tunnel is successfully established, service traffic continues to be transmitted through the newly-built tunnel, reducing the impact of network failures on services and ensuring the continuity of user services.

We collect information about your mobile devices, including the hardware model, OS version, IMEI, UUID, MAC address, mobile network information, software version, and whether the device is jailbroken, in order to provide software updates, product support, and other service functions and services related to UniConnect .
1.3 Log information
When you use related services, we will collect software log information, which may include the device IP address, fault log, and operation log.
Most mobile platforms(iOS, Android, etc.)have been designed to prohibit access to certain equipment data or certain functions without your authorization. There are different authorization systems for acquiring your permission. For example, when UniConnect first requests access to certain types of data, the iOS platform will inform you and you will have to select to Agree or Disagree. The Android platform will notify you of the authorization required by UniConnect when you first use the Application. If you choose to use the Application on Android, you grant your authorization.
